The frame of my glasses had broken and I just needed a replacement frame to fit my quite expensive varifocal lenses. After visiting the opticians where I purchased them from I was told that they no longer had any dealings with the manufacturer and would probably need a completely new pair of glasses.After visiting four other opticians and getting the same answer we arrived at Complete Eyecare where I was surprised by the totally different experience to the other opticians. We didn't know at the time but the person who we were speaking to was the owner of Complete Eyecare.He couldn't have been helpful and understanding of the problem I was having. Even though he didn't stock this particular brand of frames he phoned the manufacturer to see if the frame was still available.Within five minutes he came back and told me that the frame was available but not in the same colour but at least my lenses would fit the frame. I was also very surprised at the price as it was a lot cheaper than I originally paid for the frames and the price would also include fitting the lenses into the new frames.I ordered the frames mid afternoon on Friday and was surprised by a phone call early on the following Monday to say my glasses were ready to pick up.What fantastic service I can't thank them enough for what they did especially when other opticians were not particularly helpful. When I need new glasses Complete Eyecare will be the first place I will go if this is the level service you get.

This is the second time visiting here for both hearing and vision. Recently I needed to get an additional pair of glasses. When I walked inside and requested what I was after I was more or less walking out with them in my hand after twenty mins. This is due to the fact they have a lab within the premises that gives the unique feature of making them ?whilst you wait? I?m sure there is examples when this might not happen due to stock but my experience was amazing and efficient. I was even provided with a coffee whilst I waisted. The owner and staff are very experienced please give this place a visit.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have a complex prescription and Barry does a wonderful job with my lenses and Emma is always available to answer any questions. I have used other opticians in Banbury and other cites and this has been the only place that asked thorough questions about my eye health and immediately advised that I also have my child's eyes checked due to my history. Now my whole family comes here. 100% recommend. :-)

Fantastic independent opticians. Helpful, friendly service. Excellent repair to a potentially terminal pair of glasses by Barry plus a coffee while I waited. Been coming here for a few years and they never disappoint, wouldn't bother with anywhere else ?

I have been coming to Complete Eye Care now for quite a few years now. Barry, Emma and the team are friendly , knowledgeable and put you at ease if finding the right glasses for you. Great selection of glasses to choose from. Nothing is a problem for them . Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been using Complete Eyecare for a number of years now and find that I get a very friendly and efficient service delivered by a team who are experts in their fields .They carry an excellent range of styles of frames to suit all tastes and budgets and you are not rushed into making your choice . It is the level of service offered here that makes the differential between the independent and the national high street chains.

My complex prescription usually means thick lenses but Barry and the team at Complete Eyecare have worked magic! I have never had a pair so thin and lightweight! The staff are so knowledgeable, Barry really cares about creating the best possible outcome. AND the price was pocket friendly. 100% recommend.

Small independent opticians with friendly, knowledgeably staff who make you feel special. Has a great range of Wolf glasses that are a must have if you are looking for something different. Much is done on the premise so no long wait for you new glasses.Also able to do optical inserts for sports glasses at a respectably price. Would highly recommend this business.

Went to this facility for the first time and despite the eye test highlighting a need to wear glasses for driving the whole experience was first class. Very thorough examination and friendly person doing the test with good interaction taking questions and offering good advice. After completing eye test, Barry the owner was so concerned for my lack of being able to drive my car legally on the road without glasses was prepared to make me a pair on the spot for a very reasonable price. I cannot speak more highly of this excellent opticians so thank you to Barry and his colleague for a wonderful appointment and decent gesture to get me legal on the road. 5 Star service
