Young lady serving on the till, very helpful, as we needed a box for an ornament, she was polite, was also able to have a laugh with, which is very rare these days.There was an older lady in there too, but was going to the back.. she was also polite.

The member of staff was on the phone as I entered the store, never spoke a word to me as I made my purchase, she pointed at the amount I needed to pay on the card machine, still no acknowledgement, no thankyou as I made my payment. Definitely needs some customer service training, I was not impressed!!!

Clinton's is the best card shop in Banbury I by all my Christmas cards and birthday cards from there it werth paying a bit more for good quality and good value for money.
