I want to express my deepest gratitude to the wonderful lady who pierced my daughter's ears on Wednesday. Even though we arrived quite late, she still welcomed us with kindness and agreed to do it without hesitation.
I, unfortunately, forgot her name, but I will never forget how incredibly warm, caring, and patient she was. She made sure that this special moment was as smooth and comforting as possible, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a truly beautiful memory for us.
From the bottom of my heart ? thank you! You are amazing, and we appreciate you more than words can say.

Had some ear piercings done here yesterday, I felt very looked after by the two lovely ladies doing it, who advised on placement, aftercare and were very sweet, patient and attentive. Highly recommended ??

So much praise for this store! Had Micheala pierce my 3rd lopes and also a cartilage, she was so lovely making me feel comfortable, told me everything she was doing and just overall an absolute pleasure. Definitely going back and asking for her again.

I can't sing their praises enough. My LO had their 6th birthday party here and the host went out of her way to make the whole thing amazing! An hour of well thought out games and activities after they closed and a superb gift bag for each child; £20 a head was a total bargain!Even though due to the size of the shop there was a cap of 10 kids and 1 adult, Lock 29 was open and buzzing just round the corner so other parents could chill out.I stupidly didn't get the name of the manager who ran the party (sat 18th Feb) but she was particularly awesome- obviously worked out ideas and activities over a short time and was just brilliant with the kids. Brought those who were quite shy out of their shells and everyone had a great time.
