I was dreading needing to take my jewellery to get a loan but Michael was very understanding and very helpful, I was short of time and unable to come back the next day but he needed time to look at the items, even though he was very busy he managed to get things done, I was able to keep mist of my jewellery and got enough to sort out my problem , this was back at the end of June, I'm sorry that its taken me this long to leave a review, Michael you are a star ?, a credit to cash converters, keep doing what you do, you do it well, ill see you when I come to collect my jewellery ?

Had the worst experience this week. Approached Elis and was offered a shocking buy back price for a branded tripod, explained I was buying it back but didn't even consider 1/5 of its value. I asked to speak to the Manager he goes to bring the other female staff whom I knew very well was not the Manager. I have done some good deals for this shop before but this Elis guy has spoilt my experience with this shop as this is not the first time for him to serve me like this. Worst customer service, pathetic attitude !!!

I use to enjoy coming here and buying things including selling and having the trust but now I don't even recommend this place to anyone after this, I bought a phone and Samsung watch from here as they said they have tested and the only issue is a cracked screen, not an issue but then found out both the phone and watch is faulty. Then the colleague I bought this from was rude and told me you have to wait 24hrs for a refund as that is their policy, I asked to see this policy and she couldn't provide this policy. I requested my refund as I paid in cash but she still demanded me to wait! I'm not happy about the workers. They have lost me as a customer after this disrespect I have had!

Ordered a pair of Galaxy Pods for a great price, brand new and they guys at the store did me a huge favor and got the shipped the same day Special delivery which meant I had them next day when I needed them. Really appreciate it and will defiantly use the store again. Thanks!
