Found the shop very rude as the manager in there turn round and told me to shut my dogs up and tell him to get out. They?re only puppies but there was another dog in there yapping and no one else was told I found as a manager. She was very rude. She had blue streaks in the bottom of her hair and as well as her presentation she was very dirty very bad example and presentation for a coffee shop I wouldn?t be going back there again.

I had received an offer on two for one summer drinks and since it was a lovely sunny day, I decided to pop in.I spoke with a lovely lady named Honey, and asked if I could have one drink straight away to drink outside, and then come back for my second. She was very friendly and said yes.When I came back to the counter after my first drink, she remembered my order and had it ready for me with a smile.She is the reason for this review, her customer service and attention to detail was amazing and I really hope she receives the recognition she deserves! :)

Came here today as I get a free coffee with my health insurance, however the app clearly wasn't working properly and instead of making it awkward or a big deal, the woman serving simply said no problem sorted my drink and was done!I could tell she was having issues with it but used great customer service to make sure the customer ie me had no stress, aggro or potential anxiety with it and just fixed the issue.Very rare to have an experience this positive these days very good

Wow the rudest service. So many coffee shops in Banbury it?s surprising that Nero hire and keep staff that are so rude. Shame as it used to be a lovely coffee shop but now it?s dirty, empty and has the rudest red haired member of staff. Won?t be going there again!
