I had a highly disappointing experience with Buywise. Despite placing an order for a product that was supposedly in stock, the company repeatedly delayed the delivery, only to inform me later that the item was actually out of stock. Instead of providing a prompt refund, they attempted to push low-quality alternative products as substitutes.This kind of unreliable service and unethical behavior is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to steer clear of Buywise. It is evident that they prioritize sales over customer satisfaction, and their lack of transparency and professionalism is appalling.I urge potential customers to be cautious and consider alternative, more reputable businesses for their needs.

We have just bought a 'built in' refrigerator from Buywise, having drawn blanks at two other suppliers. They were excellent in every way. Their representative was able to offer us three possible fridges of the right type, adding enough information for us to make our choice. The delivery/installation was arranged for about ten days ahead (at our request) but we were able easily to bring it forward a day when we had to make a change in our own schedule. The delivery arrived well within the convenient mid to late morning spot and the guys did a great job on the installation, really working on it until the fit was just right. Perfect all round.

Me and my family get all our appliances from here. Never had any issues at all.The delivery guy is friendly, too. Plus, they take your old away too at a charge, but at least it's gone.
