Love this shop.We've bought so many items of furniture from this shop, and they've always been good quality - don't be put off by them being second hand, we've had some amazing quality items at extremely reasonable prices.Their delivery service was quick and inexpensive too. .Even better, our money is going to a good cause - win win.Thank you

Very nice helpful staff. Didn't pressurise us into purchasing, they were so nice polite and helpful, can't recomend them enough. Furniture we bought was both affordable and in good condition. Will definitely use again.

When I telephoned to arrange collection of my donation, I described glass fronted mahogany corner display cabinets along with a glass topped nest of tables and a glazed sliding door bookcase, and a couple of other items. The reaction seemed very appreciative, but when the van arrived to pick up the items I was told they wouldn't take the corner cabinets and only reluctantly agreed to take the other items as I had bobble wrapped the glass. there were no blankets on the van to further protect what they did take. I shan't bother again

We did not think we were in a charity shop is what we heard someone saying near us after visiting this store. Very well laid out with everything you could ever need to start your own home. And at such great prices as well, all the volunteers were very helpful and friendly and really seemed to be enjoying themselves. If I was starting out again I would definitely recommend this store from banbury.
