Outstanding service from the team. My daughter has autism so finds appointments difficult. Katie's glasses were loose on the arm so we went to get through fixed, unfortunately they could not be fixed. Katie became upset and started to panic as without her glasses she can not see. We had taken out insurance on her glasses as suggested by boots at the time. Lyla the lady dealing with us was fantastic, unfortunately boots no longer did the frames that katie had which again put Katie in a tail spin ( this happens a lot as she dose not like change ) we were then told she could pick a new pair of frames within the original budget. At this point I had to leave to put more parking on my car, Lyla was fantastic! While I was away lyla sat with katie and had more information regarding the switch of glasses, she asked katie if she would like to wait for me to come back to which Katie replied yes please, I found out after that they were chatting about nails and colours which really put katie at ease ( not as simple as one might think ) fast forward katie then picked new glasses and an appointment was made for her to return on Friday the 20th of June.

Excellent service. It was discovered at my eye test that I had a bleed behind my eye which needed immediate hospital treatment. They arranged everything to go to the John Radcliffe hospital. They phoned to make sure all the scans and paperwork had gone through and as it was late afternoon I went next morning to the hospital where I had treatment that day and will have to go for the next 2 months. I am so grateful to Boots for their excellent service and the very friendly colleagues. Nothing was too much trouble and they did it all with a smile.

I was rushed through the whole process, it seemed the woman couldn't wait to get it over with, she was very off hand. Told me I needed distance glasses, but I can see from one end of Parsons street to the other. Felt all they wanted to do was sell glasses.

I have been with Boots Opticians for some years now and have always been happy with the service they have given. I recently had an eye test and chose reactalight glasses thinking they would be a good choice for me . Unfortunately, I didn't get on with them and I had to return the glasses to Boots. I saw Kieran who did a wonderful job of helping and advising me - nothing was too much trouble for her. She took the time to help me exchange the glasses and choose the most suitable frames. A week later I saw her again for the fitting of my new glasses which was done with no rushing and lots of care. Thank you Boots for the excellent customer service and care you have given to me.

I found the store easily from the directions on the website, and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
The optician that carried out my eye test, was very informative, professional and helpful. He talked me through the procedure and explained everything in great detail, He then booked my next appointment and gave me some literature to read which was also a nice gesture.
Thank you to all the staff at the Boots store in the castle centre in Banbury.

Was helped by different members of the team to carry out full eye test, discuss and purchase a replacement pair of glasses on this occasion. Nat, Arooj and Vikki were incredibly helpful, answered all my questions and made sure I understood every step of the process and was making the best decisions for myself.
