Appalling service in Pharmacy Dept. Telephone calls are very rarely answered.
Even Customer Services cannot get a response.

The staff is unacceptable. The girl yesterday told me that they are doing a throat test for Strep A and need to come in the morning. I come in the morning and i said that i come for strep test and the pharmacist said me to come for consultation.Finally he said me that he will not do Strep test !!!!!!! The health system says that we can go to the pharmacy for a sore throat and they do strep test if it is necessary !!!!! My gp said me to go to pharmacy for strep test and he did not help me!!!i have never faced such behavior at any other branch!!!!i do not reccomend it!!!!

The pharmacy here is obviously having some major issues which need addressing. I requested a prescription with my GP and didn?t hear anything from Boots for 10 days - text notifications are set up. So I went into the pharmacy and enquired. After queuing for 10 minutes I was told that the script was not ready and it would be a 40 MINUTE wait. Who has 40 minutes to wait around for a prescription? After already waiting 10 days. Now I will have to make a second trip specifically to collect because I could not wait that long. The staff are friendly and I feel for them because I imagine there is a lot of frustration from customers.
Something needs to be done to improve the service here.

How this place have this many stars it baffles me. Pharmacy Waiting time for ur prescription is 30min one person dealing with everything. Can't buy nothing over the counter because u still have to queue. Worse than during war when everyone were queueing for the food. Country is backwards joke

Booked and paid for online for a flu jab at Boots in Banbury, received a text this morning to say it has been cancelled and to re-book online. It now looks like flu vaccinations have finished for this season. No offer of a refund and does not appear to be any way to get a refund back. Seems to be no way to get a refund back online, nothing but online THEFT.

They cancelled my flu jab appointment and I got an SMS saying it was me. Disgusting place. The queues are always long. Expect to wait 40+ minutes for your prescription with not enough place to wait. Tried to raise a complaint but obviously their website is crap.

Extremely slow when I need a prescription cream.
Handed in prescription on Thursday and waited for a week, heard nothing!

Not enough staff. Very very slow. Sometimes 45 minutes to one hour wait until to even get to the counter. Not justified at all as they charge enough anyway!

How can it take longer than counting to 30 and slap a label on a box of tablets? What is the dispensing pharmacist doing back there? Clueless really. Always understaffed

The staff are friendly enough when you finally get to speak to one. However, queues are always unreasonably long and getting through to someone by phone is a minor miracle. One staff member even picked up the phone for a couple of seconds and hung up again without saying anything. I understand that Pharmacists are busy, but this seems to be ongoing, which is really terribly poor customer service. I will be directing my prescriptions elsewhere.

The opening time is good.
But the waiting time is extremely long when I want to pick up a prescription, as lack of staff and broken processes.
Please recruit more staff.

I wish I can give them ZERO star.
No one should wait for 2 weeks for prescription for a child. This is disgusting pharmacy I have ever been with absolutely rubbish customer service, They are there and don?t know what they are doing.
Management is rubbish with no training for their staffs, poor time management, poor product knowledge. I never going back there!!!! Ever!!

I was stung by something on Thursday night went to get advice from the pharmacist on the Friday afternoon as going on holiday next day 22nd June he insisted there was no infection ended up at the hospital on the Sunday and five more hospital appointments with a two week course of antibiotics 1000mg four times a day I think you know what I?m thinking

Went to buy some sunglasses and found that very few had prices and specifications on them, no use taking to counter to find out because of large queues, bought them elsewhere
