Accidentally left all my cards behind at Castle Quay, Banbury branch. Pleased to say they were found by a member of staff and handed in - I was able pick them up the following day. Very grateful- BUT ,I would have been saved a great deal of anxiety if I had been able to speak to a member of staff to confirm this was where my cards were. The branch telephone number gives automated questions only and advises callers to contact Customer Support. After going through the whole gamut of automated questions, I finally managed to speak to a human being. She wasn't able to get any response from the branch either. My point is - Boots, please employ someone to answer the telephone, we don't all have stock questions for stock answers. I do hope someone reads this and takes the appropriate action.

The staff is unacceptable. The girl yesterday told me that they are doing a strep test and to come in the morning. I come in the morning and another girl tells me that they do not do a diagnosis and strep test. The health system says that we can go to the pharmacy for a sore throat and they do strep test if it necessary !!!!! Tragic experience!!!

Came here as I was worried have blood in my ear was told services is only for 1-17 year old and nobody could speak to me which isn't correct. Boots website.. If you are not within these age ranges, a pharmacist can still offer advice and support decisions about self care treatment with over the counter medicines, but you may need to see a GP for treatment. I received no help or advice and being autistic I find this so hard to understand that you don't follow your own policies. Very unprofessional!

Notified by Boots that my prescription was available for collection. Arrived at the store at 4.55pm to collect it but was not allowed to enter the shop as they were closing. Closing time states 5pm.

**Review:**
I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. The staff was extremely rude, and the manager checked my receipts while looking at me with suspicion. This isn?t the first time?it happened once before as well. It?s unacceptable for them to act this way unless they are certain about an issue. There are cameras everywhere?they should review those first before making any accusations.
The manager is often rude and unhelpful, and whenever I need assistance, there?s no staff available. I?ve never faced such behavior at any other branch. This kind of treatment is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Turning up at your 8:30am opening time in Banbury on my way to work for some advice from your pharmacist will only work if they bother to turn up on time. Lovely staff apologising but unable to explain the pharmacist?s non-appearance doesn?t solve my problem.

Just wanted to share my experience earlier this week when I attended a menopause evening meet which was led by Charlotte Bishop a menopause champion. The event was supported by an enthusiastic Amy who represented as a brand consultant for No 7 brand from the local Banbury Castle Quay store. The event was very well supported by 20+ local women who I am sure found it equally informative and enjoyable learning what No 7 are offering in their skin care products aimed specifically at women who are navigating the menopause!

I've got nothing but praise for the staff at the pharmacy, even when they are understaffed and it's busy they will do their best to help .
Friendly and amiable staff , can't fault them...five stars well deserved.

DO NOT get your prescription dispensed here!!At 4 months pregnant I became really ill and was prescribed anti-sickness. I need to be hydrated and to be able to feed my baby. Nearly 48 hours later this medicine is still not ready to collect. I will be contacting their head office about this, awful!
