The staff is unacceptable. The girl yesterday told me that they are doing a strep test and to come in the morning. I come in the morning and another girl tells me that they do not do a diagnosis and strep test. The health system says that we can go to the pharmacy for a sore throat and they do strep test if it necessary... read full comment

Came here as I was worried have blood in my ear was told services is only for 1-17 year old and nobody could speak to me which isn't correct. Boots website..
