Placed an order online, one of the items was not what I ordered, went to the local store to return for a refund but they would not accept it because I had ordered online, despite being clear on the delivery note that this is definitely not a problem. Had to pay to return by post, customer services were extremely unhelpful & only said that the wording is wrong on the delivery note. Will not be buying anything from them again.

Helpful, patient staff when dealing with a demanding customer. They will order online for you if sizes aren't available instore, for delivery to your home if required.

By far my favourite clothes shop..suits all ages not as you may assume for just the older lady, my daughter loves it too she is 25. Some really fashionable bits. Great service and customer care would highly recommend. A++
