My experience looking to buy a mattress at BfBs, Banbury was most satisfactory. Peter guided me around and showed me several examples to examine and test. He had the most impressive, in depth, design and technical knowledge, was friendly and very professional. Definitely a five star experience. Sold!

overall, a mostly faultless experience. However, an item (Tempur mattress protector) was missed from the delivery. But did receive a call from Bensons HQ so it wasnt a shock upon delivery. Not too much of an issue as was able to grab once from my local store and they confirmed they had cancelled the one that should have been part of the order.

Helpful stuff and nice mattresses! We got ours on a deal, it was just about £400 with delivery and taking away old mattress but it was worth it. No problem with the delivery, guys took it upstairs for me and took away old one too. Didn?t have to move a finger. Very good service and highly recommended.

The ordering in store was easy. The guy was patient and efficient, good natured and explained the delivery process.
Delivery was exactly as we were told. Kept informed before the day and on the day.
Bought our last mattress from Bensons and returned because of the experience last time. Not disappointed at all! Will never go anywhere else. Thank you

The store at Banbury retail park has ample parking. The showroom is very clean and welcoming.
Knowledge from staff very good and helped with the choice of our new mattress. Pete was very helpful explaining the different types of mattresses and helped in our choice
