I recently visited the Banbury branch as I had my phone and wallet stolen and had no way of getting into my account and had people spending on my card. But Michaela was able to get me into my account, ordered me a new card and give me a full refund of all money spent on my card within a few minutes. The online service is still terrible but Michaela was great.
