I purchased my water softener from BWS 8 years ago and my salt refills ever since. I had recently experienced a regeneration issue with my water softener and spoke to Moreen, she has been great and helped with booking me in for a unit assessment/repair. Steve arrived and I could not have met a more friendly knowledgeable engineer. He found the issue quickly and carried out the repair there and then. The water softener is working perfectly again. Thank you to the whole team for an amazing service and for your professionalism.

These guys are exceptional. Really friendly. Incredibly knowledgeable and skilled trades people. Following a free consultation, I booked them in for what felt to me like a significant job - installing a softener in an outside aluminium housing, connecting it all up and fiddling with pipework under tight sink area to get it all hooked up, installing a filter and a new tap. Incredibly efficient, clean and reasonably priced. Great follow up and customer service around the visit. Really pleased and would absolutely not hesitate to recommend.

The service from start to finish and much better value than other supplies I spoke to.
I only discovered these guys after already speaking to 2 other suppliers, the first being Harvey?s and the second being another local supplier Harvey?s were a complete disaster didn?t even turn up Expensive strangely.
Second suppliers messed me about and made it sound like a big deal installing a softener in our house.
I was beginning to give up on the idea when I discovered these guys from Banbury water softeners and they made everything so easy, From the initial meeting to then the installation they?ve been absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend.

I?m so happy with every single aspect of BWS, everyone who I dealt with have been lovely, with great advice, excellent installation and wonderfully soft water! Banbury Water Softeners were amazing. We are so pleased with our new water softener & water filter taps! They kept us well informed during all stages of the installation. Banbury Water Softeners are really professionals to do their jobs. They have wealth of knowledge in this industry and provide you with all relevant and factual information compared to marketing strategies. They keep you well informed at all stages of installations. The team answered all my curious queries with patience and courtesy that I have verified with number of sources across the country while considering this big investment. Their after sale service is also very brilliant and follow up on customer satisfaction. They have worked hard enough to earn a good review of 5 star . I know a family whom Banbury Water Softeners serve for 3 years and they cant thank them enough too, that I have experienced as well.
Water softeners are also good quality and can see difference across the house straight away. They have used high quality plumbing parts for installations compared to plastic cheap bits that big brand in market use.

We have just moved into a brand new home and had a water softener fitted. In the first 2 days our shower screens were getting marked from the hard water. After the softener was fitted, Oh Wow, what a difference. Can't recommend these guys enough. Professional, tidy and nice people to do business with.

You'll never go back once you've tried a water softener! We've saved a fortune on appliances because they last so many more years. All soap products (shower, washing machine, etc) go so much further, you only need a fraction of the amount. Best of all - tea and coffee taste delicious, as they should, with no scum. The kettle, steamer, sink and shower don't clog up and don't leave water marks. Cleaning in general is so much quicker and easier - don't need the harsh chemicals to dissolve limescale because there isn't any! A water softener only adds a tiny fraction of ordinary salt, which won't harm wildlife. And the advantage is that you don't need to add salt to your dishwasher or potatoes/pasta, so you avoid adding too much, as there's a tiny bit there already. There are lots of water softener companies out there, but Banbury have always been so helpful, especially when it came to moving house and taking the water softener with us, dismantling and reconnecting - always friendly and helpful. I'd give 6 stars if I could! ? ? ? ? ? ?
