“I had a very frustrating experience initially with Protyre Banbury – missed bookings, confusion over dates, and my aircon stopped working just days after the first re-gas. I had to return, and at first it felt like nobody really knew what was going on.
However – big respect for how the team eventually handled the situation.
They upgraded my compensation from a Bronze to a full Gold Service, fixed the actual leak (a faulty O-ring), recharged the aircon properly, and even offered a free aircon refill for my partner's car when she came to pick up mine.
