Staff was rude today to my mother who was trying to grab last couple of things at 3.50 ( Sunday close at 4) my mother is currently recovering from breast cancer surgery which she explained she?s currently in a lot of pain which to her shock one member of staff was over the top rude ! Will be taking this further tomorrow ( Monday) and pop into store myself to make a formal complaint . Absolute disgrace to someone who?s currently fighting cancer !!

sorry to make this review but i wanted to say that the worker chelsie was very rude to me today she proceeded to tell me to get out of the shop and proceeded to pick up a bag of broccoli and told me if i don?t leave she?s going to hit me and my son with it and me and my 4 year old was just doing our weekly shop she proceeded to tell me that my son was shoplifting and that we needed to hand the so called item back and that we needed to leave i checked my sons pockets and found nothing if in all honesty i am not going back there ever again i don?t do my weekly shop to be harassed by the workers

Got to agree with the comments about some rude members of staff. Tried to return something was told I couldn't without a physical card rather than using Google pay (the way I had paid originally) as it's their store policy. I asked if they did gift cards instead and she literally rolled her eyes and laughed at me. So rude throughout the whole conversation. It's a shame because other members of staff were pleasant and the store itself was well laid out and stocked well.

I keep meaning to write a review for a particular member of staff. I keep forgetting to ask for her name. Although she's always so busy!
The lady with very short light brownish hair. Works self service most mornings when I come in around 9am. Was working today (Friday 13th) at that time. I just wanted to say how lovely, happy and helpful she is! A few months ago she even paid for my shop as my card wouldn't go through!!! She's got no idea how that helped me that day, and what i was going through. Really made my day. So lovely to help a stranger out like that. Hope this reaches her to make her day too?
