Had laser hair removal and eyebrows done with wax. Fantastic experience every single time I go there. Great customer service skills, very clean and all staff are skilled and always with a smile on their face. Love this place!

I had the most relaxing hour today, in the capable hands of Amy. Amy performed a top half body massage. Starting with my back, onto my shoulders at the back and down the back of my arms. Amy then asked me to lay on my back to continue the massage. Which was my neck, face, scalp, front of my shoulders and finishing of with the front of my arms. It was relaxing and tranquil. And afterwards, I felt so relaxed and chilled. Many thanks to all the team at Polished for all of your help during the last year. I can?t wait until the next appointment.

I've had several treatments here now (manicure, pedicure, lash extensions, waxing and laser) and the service, team and results have been amazing. I've also visited since COVID began and the measures in place make it feel really safe. I used to live in London and went to several beauty salons (keen to find a good one) and Polished is just way above any I found, with a team that make you feel comfortable and great about yourself from the moment you walk in the door.
