Opening times are ridiculous for someone who works. Not open at all now at the weekend and closed over lunch in the week and only open from 9-1 then 2-6! How are you supposed to pick up a prescription if you don?t work in a Bampton?!

My nearest pharmacy waited for ages and although I smiled said please and thank you my change was put in my hand and she walked off and didn?t even look at me. What a shame there?s not more pharmacies here next time I?ll drive to carterton or Witney. Now I?m at home with anxiety as this kind of behaviour is a trigger. No one knows what other people go through so a please, thank you and a smile can matter so much

Now that the pharmacy is under new management they are very efficient. I?ve just had my Covid and Flu jabs without an appointment and no waiting. I?m always very happy with their service in connection with prescriptions too.

Under new management, so have given the benefit of the doubt on a couple of occasions but today I was met with a terrible attitude from the pharmacist who was unprofessional, rude, arrogant, and who stated that wasting the Doctor's valuable time ?was not of his concern?. I shall be taking my custom elsewhere in future despite having used this pharmacy for many years. I suggest the new management take head of my review and think carefully before treating others with such contempt in future.

Unfortunately the pharmacy failed to let me know about prescriptions unable to order or receive. Even when I collected the items, was informed all correct. Unfortunately again not correct. This appears to be an ongoing concern regarding my medications.The pharmacist thinks calling out someone in front of others is good for business?I have asked my GP and the Manager of the surgery to stop all my medications. I personally can not cope anymore with the extreme difficulty I have in collecting my medications.Although the Manager of my practice said he is not allowed. I have asked for the person who is allowed to email me.I have mentioned what is the point of anyones GP or consultant informing a patient they have to take certain meds for there own safety and prevent problems, when the pharmacy is unable to order or receive the items requested?

Just the worst. Staff are rude, unprofessional and unhelpful, seem annoyed at the idea you want to pick up a prescription and will complain about customers while in earshot.Nothing is ever ready, even when you give them a full weeks notice.Have on more than one occasion DISPENSED AN INCORRECT AMOUNT OF MEDICATION on a prescription.Non prescription items are horribly overpriced.And no, this is not due to COVID, it?s always been like this.Signs all over the place begging you not to use an online pharmacy, but give you absolutely zero reason to support their business.
