Ignore formal complaints, threatening legal action for a service we have not used after merging to Alto and leaving VERY QUICKLY due to lack of service, poor customer care, ignored emails and telephone calls, members of staff being called thick by supposed trainers with PSG group. If you want any service at all ignore Alto, Jupix or anything owned by ZPG or PSG horrific service.
