I don?t usually write reviews, but this one is very needed. I always have a great experience going to our local pharmacy. The pharmacist always takes his time and listens to my concerns, if for any reason he is not sure (which is very unlikely) he will recommend I book a drs appointment. I feel more confident going into my pharmacy and getting a good Service, specifically when times when gp surgery waiting lists are very long.
Definitely recommend this pharmacy to others.

The Australian tall guy was very helpful and polite when I went in to collect my Mum?s prescription.

Was told the pharmacist was on lunch for at least another 30 minutes. Informed if I came back later it would be ready. Came back later told actually we don't have it in stock. Told to come back the next day when they've ordered it in for. But deliveries happen any time up until lunch, when the pharmacist will be gone for an hour.

I can?t praise this Pharmacy enough. Very overstretched like most pharmacies, but the staff are always patient, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Love the staff, love the lady pharmacist - she is focused and present when discussing things with you. Priceless. Everything works well. They send text notifications when scripts are ready LOVE that.HATE - ancient opening time schedule. With COMPLETE closing for lunch time. Plus some last minute closures only posted on the DOOR! ridiculous in this day and age.I cannot count the occasions that I have come and it was closed.IDEAL - open hours like everyone else in this world. But you may have your reasons. IF an emergency happens wheee the shop is closed unpredictably, POST it on Google!!!A suggested fix - send opening hours EVERYTIME a notification text is sent to let us know prescriptions are ready to collect.

Super customer service. Last year I was searching everywhere for a particular product, and found it here. They offered to order me more, which was great, and that saw me through 6 months. When I popped back in without warning, the pharmacist recognised me and fetched the extra bottles they had ordered just in case I came back.

Great staff and experience but the opening hours on here are wrong - they close for lunch 1-2pm! A wasted walk from home as I?d relied on this info being correct ?
