Nice Green King pub. IPA was on top form and attentive bar staff. Meal was well presented and was good.

Good food, service was as expected. Free parking available for 10-15 cars. All ground level, wheelchair accessible with maybe the door threshold and a couple of steps to contend with depending on where you want to sit. Dog friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: A couple of steps within the building may hinder you depending on where you wish to sit. However, a fair few seats are unaffected by these steps

Booked dinner for three on a Saturday evening.
The restaurant was quite noisy and the bar staff offered to move us without prompting, albeit to a noisier area near the TV and the football was on. That said, staff were sufficiently aware to make the offer and it was a football night. Given I was meeting family for a catch up, I should have given it more thought.
Food was in good proportions, tasty and well presented. Paired with an attentive and prompt service, I would not hesitate to go again though perhaps, not on a Saturday evening when the football is showing.

The food is reasonably priced pub grub. But it's more about the service and atmosphere here, which is wonderful. Very friendly, helpful staff and friendly clientele. We came during the day mid week, and it was a delight.

Beer was adequate, decor fine in a souless, clean chain pub sort of way. Staff brusque and inhospitable. I wouldn't bother - so many better pubs in Abingdon.
