The store was well-organized, with ample and easily accessible parking. The layout facilitated clear visibility and spacing of merchandise. My initial five-star rating was adjusted due to interactions with a meat counter staff member and a self-checkout staff member. The person on the meat counter was unknowledable of the products and provided a cold service. We stood waiting for 5 minutes until my daughter asked if they were shut for service. The lady came over and blunty asked what it was we want. i asked for 1kg of the joint of Ribeye, and she proceeded to ask how much a thin slice. This stunned me as I just stated i wanted a kg ribeye joint, my daughter was asking questions about the weights and the staff member rolled her eyes on a few occasions at myself and my child.The self checkout staff member questioned the legitimacy of my steak purchase despite my willingness to provide proof of purchase at the time of the initial inquiry. Subsequently, after completing my transaction and proceeding to the coffee area, the same staff member pursued my family and me, requesting to see the receipt as verification. I perceived this action as an attempt to embarrass my family, potentially based on assumptions related to our age, especially since I had already offered to show the receipt during the initial interaction. I reported this incident to customer service, where a representative addressed the issue with sincere apologies and a resolution. I recommend additional customer service training for the members of staff mentioned .

My most recent visit to this store was amazing! I was shopping for relatives and was confused on what to buy. A lovely member of staff, Peter, helped me find everything i was looking for and was super helpful. Will definetly continue to shop here!

Most times I come to this shop I need to phone the other half to ask their opinion, but the signal is shocking in this shop, phone and 4G. This always makes coming here stressful. If this could be improved it would help.
