Unfortunately, due to low staff numbers, we’re often faced with long waits. Because of this, usually staff is flustered and customer service easily falls short. Had an eye test, ordered distance vision prescription. Waited a week and received reading glasses. Waited another week for the correct ones. Not impressed. Go elsewhere... And... pointless reporting to Complaints as they don't care, as always with these companies.
