Toolstation abingdon has exceptional customer service. Click and collect are ready within a few minutes! and theres no waiting or faffing once you get in branch. Im in and out within seconds with my items, great for when you have a busy day and a million things to do. Cant fault how efficient the process is and the prices are always the most competitive.

Today I received absolutely exceptional service from Mike, and want to pass on my thanks.
I was in the area doing photography work and unfortunately managed to break my camera. I therefore drove to Toolstation with a view to trying to buy some emergency tools to fix it.
When I explained what I was looking to buy, Mike came back with a selection of different tools and attempted to repair it! I couldn?t believe it, and whilst I was more than prepared to try and do this myself in my car, he was insistent. After 15 mins or so he managed to sort out the problem, meaning I could return to work.
He truly went above and beyond any expectations. It is so rare to find quality staff that care about customers, and he is a real credit to your company.

I feel totally conned by Toolstation. Called their Abingdon Branch and noticed there was a sign stating that if a Solo Smart Card Terminal was purchased you got a Google Nest free. Went back today and the sign was still there, with NO end of offer date on it. When purchasing the Solo Smart Card Terminal I asked for the Google Nest only to be told the offer had ended. When I pointed out the prominent sign stating a free until I was told that it should have been removed some time ago.This was totally misleading and in my mind fraudulent.On contacting the head office I was basically told, tough.What an awful, deceitful, and non-customer company this who is just doesn't give a toss.Awful company and I would recommend everyone to avoid them but if they are unfortunate to have to deal with them be aware of how deceitful their operation is

Toolstation always have what you need and have the benefit of being a little cheaper than their competitor(s) on most things. Today I went for speedfit fittings and came away with everything I needed - I didn?t even order ahead, although I usually do to save a bit of time.Abingdon store benefits from having an extremely nice bunch running the show, especially Louis, the young man at the counter.I?m not usually one to start a rumour, but I heard that they like it when you show up with chocolate and other sweet treats - mums the word, you didn?t get that from me ?
