I needed to make a passport photo. The seller showed me the first shot on the camera and when I asked for a second shot he impatiently looked at his watch, although the shop was empty.
It costs £15 a photo and it stays on the passport for years, surely Timpson's seller could spend a few more seconds on this.
I did get the photo I wanted at the end so this is not a one star review, I am just asking for a bit more friendlier service.

Disgusting behaviour when I?ve rang up the phone number online to see if they could do something in store and my man just ending the phone on me when I?m ringing just declining the call like a weirdo

Went in for a few Photos and the gent working was very helpful and helped me through the system as it would not work for my iPhone wirelessly. Photos are great quality.

Got a key copied. It was wrong. I took it back to be redone, pointing out where the difference was, but he just did the same thing again. Fool on me for not checking in shop I suppose. On my second unnecessary trip I arrived to find it closed for lunch during their advertised opening hours, so had to hang around for 40 minutes. Got a refund. Guess I'll try Homebase's key cutting service next time.

Fine service when they're open but the guy takes at least an hour long lunch break and locks the doors at 12pm precisely when people want to come pick up their repairs. A crowd of the confused turn up every day. Maybe take half an hour or stagger it or have someone in to cover??

Arrived at 5pm. Shop is shut when it?s supposed to be open until 5.30pm. Came back 5.20, 3 of us now waiting- no staff member here, door locked

Friendliest Guy in the world. Nothing was to much trouble putting 2 batteries into key fobs. Give the guy a raise
