It looks very nice inside after the refit but the order machines look like they should face the other way.
Disappointed in my sub had the tiniest amount of cheese the dried onion wouldn't even have filled a small teaspoon and the red onion was just one thin ring. Very disappointed

Installed screens for ordering which has slowed everything down and means you can no longer get exactly what you want. Some deals not even available via the screens!

Sub was great but they have new ordering screens which take so much longer than just ordering at the counter! Staff refuse to take orders at the counter. An older couple got frustrated and left because they couldn?t use the screens. Takes much longer and a very sad isolating experience, no interacting with staff at all! Also no actual waiting area so you just have to loiter around the till until they call your number. Feels a bit like they?ve taken the subway experience away! People can order on app if they don?t like using the counter so the new screens are pointless and time consuming.

Come here most Saturdays but the last few visits have been poor. Now today you have to order via new machines and you don't get fully what you've ordered. Poor service. Not value for money anymore.

I was having a rubbish day, and I think the guy on the counter could tell. He cheered me up in no time and had me laughing away in the couple of minutes it took him to make the best subway I can ever remember having. Thankyou Shruthikesh. Thankyou Subway. Made my day ?

Review of Subway in Abingdon
I had a very disappointing experience with Subway in Abingdon. First and foremost, it took a staggering 50 minutes for our food to be delivered. When it finally arrived, the quality was unacceptable. The bread looked and tasted at least a day old, and there was barely any filling in the baguette. I had specifically requested mine to be toasted, but it came out cold and unappetizing.
The sides we ordered, including mini hash browns and chicken tortillas, were also cold. For over £28, I expected much better than stale bread and minimal filling. This was our first and last experience with Subway. I won't be returning.

I made an order £20 worth roughly, asked for toasted and the sub wasn?t even toasted it was completely cold. This is ridiculous, I wouldn?t recommend this subway to anyone. If you can?t get the simple things right then, what can you do right ?

Terrible we have juat recieved our order not only was it all wrong added where not asked and removed what we paid for none of it was toasted. Did not even know that was a thing. On a plus not they are consistant, cosistantly shocking. Makes mcdonalds seem good and they dont even know what day it is.
