Careful eye testing and detailed information given by the optition, all staff were clear, patient and helpful. Being able to use existing frames for new lenses is a decent cost saving.

As always, the staff were wonderful and service was very quick. They were polite and friendly, as well as efficient and knowledgeable. They even remembered me from my visit the week before! (or said they did -- which is just as good! What matters is that they made me feel very welcome.) I have always found visits to Specsavers a most enjoyable experience. My thanks are due to you all.

Disappointed is actually an under statement of how im feeling right now after waiting for 10days to have my glasses and its not what it is. I dont think I can even use them will have to find somewhere else maybe will get better service. My £90 down the drain.

I always receive excellent service whenever I visit Specsavers in Abingdon town centre. The staff and optometrists are very kind and professional, always doing their best to help. The doctors are friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience pleasant. The location is easy to reach, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. Everyone here is wonderful, and I would like to especially thank Vanessa for all her help.?????
