Quite simply they are the best estate agent I have ever used and I have used several across the country. 6 years ago, Stewart from Simpsons sold my mothers house so I didn't hesitate to use him again for selling her recent house in the Abingdon area.The app used for informing about viewings was very helpful but equally phone calls about viewings were prompt and informative.The valuation was fair and very soon after going on the market we had several offers to choose from.Stewart and Matt were very efficient in pushing the buyers when the process stalled and keeping me updated throughout the process.I would highly recommend Simpsons to anyone.

We recently marketed and sold our property with Simpsons, Abingdon branch. We worked with Stewart, Adam and Matt. They were all excellent. Good communication, always keeping us up to date with what was happening regarding our sale. We had a chain and even though got quite complicated due to the length of the chain, Matt never gave up! We are very thankful we chose Simpsons to be our Estate Agent and would highly recommend them to anyone on the look out!

The whole Simpsons team are professional, curteous and a breeze to deal with. The use of modern apps made the passing of docs, IDs etc really easy... Not to mention that Mum's place sold within the first two viewings! Great comms and a pleasure to deal with. Cheers!
