Had to come back into the shop due to my purchase being broken. The lady behind the till recognised me from before when I came in with my 2 young children. She noticed that they were not with me at the till. The item was bulky and buying it had been a struggle with the kids being with me in the shop, so this time I had left them in the car (in sight from the tills). She put on her high vis and stood watch over the car while I dealt with the exchange. Very thoughtful and helped me out a lot

I came in today and a women was very helpful and polite trying to find out what I needed then then a bloke with a beard came and over speaking over the 2 females being very rude poor service it?s a wonder you got customers I?ll never recommend this to anyone else!!!
