Very poor customer service when buying fishes. The lady apparently acted weird and not willing to sell fishes for our well established tank and rather asking for a photo evidence. She needs to be replaced if they are aiming to sell their over crowded fishes to customers?.

Rude and arrogant staff. Poorly explained advice on how to buy fish. Generally dirty store . All round bad. Not surprising pets at home as a brand isn't doing well.

Shop is easy enough to access and carries all P@H stick you'd expect.
Just wish they woukd have a better selection on harnesses. I prefer two clips, one on each side, not just one clip.

Visited Pets at Home on Tuesday last week. The gentleman inside was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and we would recommend this store to any pet lover.

This store and staff were amazing I refuse to listen to the bad reviews as you get the odd Karen that likes to cause drama. We adopted two guniea pigs malcolm and morris and they have settled in nicely. Built there run and made a great place for them to enjoy during the day and relax at night staff amazing very knowledgeable and this is our 4 th animal from here and wll.defo be back.
