Pizza is great when it actually arrives! They just don't have enough delivery drivers or ever answer the phone and so when your pizza doesn't turn up you're forced to either accept a loss, accept cold pizza or go down to the place and demand what you've ordered or your money back. The staff are lovely and working flat out.

Just stop.... Absolutely pathetic excuse for a pizza, train your staff or close your doors, you should be prosecuted for false advertising, not a pizza, a sorry full waste of time and money

Shockingly inept. Don't answer the phone, chasing up order after being left for ages. Won't be ordering again. Shame as it used to be good.

Only ordered as we had a deal leaflet put through our letterbox today, wish I had not bothered. Ordered our food at 9:44. They use Uber for delivery now who said it was out for delivery at 10:22. Two minutes later a text said it was cancelled as the courier said they could not complete delivery. Rang the store and told them uber had cancelled it. They said it's not cancelled as it's not even out for delivery yet and that they are just waiting for a delivery driver. 10 minutes later, still nothing. Spent the next 15 minutes trying to call Papa John's but no one would answer. They then closed and I was left without a pizza despite them taking my money. Will never order a Papa John's again!
