I went there to drop off my Yodel parcel and they refuse to take it as parcel is too big for their shop not for Yodel. They sent me to their other One Stop shop in Wootton, and they also refuse to take it. Really frustrated with the situation! Why does Yodel have these drop off points when they don?t take the parcel. That is why I don?t send via Yodel if I can. Staff were friendly though?.they sent me in a wild goose chase and wasted my time!! Don?t bring your Yodel parcel here if it is bigger than a standard box size. The shop is opposition Abingdon college, situated in an area that looks a bit rough. Medium size shop!!!

I sat in the car and asked my son to buy my lottery ticket for Saturday night. ( he?s 18) he was asked for id so produced his driving license and was asked questions like what?s your name, DOB ect . Then the man asked my son?s girlfriend for ID she wasn?t buying anything! Didn?t have any on her. So he said he can?t sell a lottery ticket to my 18 year old son because the person with him has no id. So I then went in to buy it myself. Ridiculous. It?s not like he was buying alcohol to share!

Evri parcel machine is never working. They have my parcel, but won't give it to me today, so I have to come back some other time.
And this has been the story several times I have used this store for parcels. Must remember to use a different store in future.

Rude staff ! Do not use this store for Everi delivery drop-offs as boxes just slammed on the floor .When asked not to do this, I was given a rude TUT!... The member of staff then stood in the doorway as I was driving off in my car to try and be intimidating. such a little boy with a lot to learn in life !
This is going to be reported to all at a higher level and one stop head office.

Relatively high prices for mediocre shop items. There is a tescos with nearly the same prices up the road, with much better quality groceries.

A well placed and convenient store, that?s where the the praise ends. That praise though the new management and staff should bear in mind. Once this store was managed by, plus had very friendly and well mannered staff. Last year the store had a change in management and staff. Two of the new workers at the store seem friendly but the others are rude, ignorant and ill mannered towards customers. Have had 2 of them barge past where I was stood looking at a shelf, no ?excuse me?.If anyone from the store or the One Stop franchise read this please note that you can profit from the ?well placed and convenient store?. Treat customers with the respect and gratitude that?s deserved. Customers = sales = profit = being able to hire staff. Lose customers and what happens? I have training in customer awareness and retail tactics but it doesn?t need my knowledge to see the logic customer satisfaction.I will be walking the extra distance to the Tesco Local further up the road.

Are they shutting the store down ???? IT sure feels like it 650 am on a sunday closed YET AGAIN. it seems the new manager really does not give a dam about the shop. When are we going to see some changes as this is a regular rhing. The shop looks like a jumble sale when hes on cant get to till as its full of items for sale so 9nly one till working. AT LEAST Darell and Emily seem to care but for how long. The rest of the poir staff have to put up with us customers moaning. It needs sorting.

One of the worst customer service. The staff was very rude and unfriendly.I have been there couple of times and they were all same. I went to buy euro lotto and 2 lads were drinking alcohol outside the shop and being rude with the customer. I am not sure one of them was employee, If they got CCTV I hope they found out and action.

Customer service is the worst I?ve ever seen! There is literally one guy in there which is lovely but the rest are rude as hell! You normally walk in and half of them aren?t anywhere to be seen and it?s normally because they are outside smoking or out back. There are two young lads who are constantly swearing at each other and blaring music behind the till, so rude! And to top it off when you go to use their Evri service they literally throw the parcels around, no wonder half of my orders are reach people broken! Avoid at all cost!
