THEY DONT PAY THEIR STAFF.
In March 2025, a staff provided a total of 78 hours of palliative care in Northampton on behalf of Oasis Private Care Ltd. they travelled from Nottingham to Northampton to attend their shifts. Unfortunately, the service user there were assigned to passed away after a few weeks.
Despite repeated informal attempts to resolve the matter directly with the company over the past two months, the staff has not received any payment for the work carried out. The company has been either unresponsive or reluctant to engage constructively with them regarding his rightful earnings.
This delay has placed the staff under significant financial strain, and they now feels that he has exhausted all reasonable avenues to secure payment. As such, they reaching out to request support in initiating the early conciliation process with ACAS or to receive guidance on any other appropriate steps that can be taken to recover the unpaid wages.
The staff is able to provide supporting documentation, including messages, correspondence, and other relevant evidence, to substantiate their claim.
