Worst experience they promised us they would sell us the car, took the deposit from us and lied about finance getting refused. All because they for some reason didn?t want to sell us the car, felt very personal?.dont recommend this garage! Felt this might have been something to do with the fact he didn?t like my accent?taking the mick out for my Scottish accent then refusing us the car and then told us there is no complaints process. Have complained to head office and will take to the media now?we offered to buy the car in full and Ryan said no?he even referred to his staff as incompetent children

Always had very friendly and efficient service from Marshall LR Oxford. However, when booking an appointment for a service or repair, the earliest available slot is often quite a while away (that's the only reason for 4 star, otherwise it would have been 5 star). However, I do think they are "worth the wait"... :-))

I have just picked up my Jaguar F type and to say I was excited was an understatement.Roy my salesman could not have been more helpful and the process was a great, he helped us at every stage of the purchase.I just need some sunshine now to get the roof of my convertible down.

The best car buying experience I?ve ever had. We dealt with Ben Brooker and cannot praise his professionalism enough. From the initial email contact to driving the car away he was first class. I am in the motor trade but never mentioned it until the road test and he never once tried to con me in any way about the vehicle we bought which I find very impressive. When we collected the car he was once again very professional about the handover and nothing was too much trouble for him and the staff with drinks etc. the car was inside a cubicle and looked like a brand new one, the presentation was first class and this was very impressive. The whole experience was brilliant and easy made possible by Bens attitude and Marshall?s overall presentation. Once again many thanks to Ben and Marshall?s i wouldn?t hesitate to recomend.

This was a long time in the making as our Hybrid RR Sport took a year to arrive.. but it was very much worth the wait! The process included some difficult negotiations which I don't believe JLR handled well, but I have to say Aiden was brilliant and looked after us very well given the circumstances.

Booked a service for the 6.12.23 on the 7.11.23 so plenty of time, Oxford branch didn't reply cancelling the booking until 16.11.23 and suggedted the 10.1.24 way too late to get the car seen before it will 2-3k over the mileage and really didn't see a problem. Very poor service and not the first time from them. Intact I probably won't buy another JLR product due to their location and poor service.

The best car sales process I have ever experienced. I walked into JLR with 15 minutes to spare and was introduced to Roy. He asked me 15-20 discovery questions and just listened the entire time. Before leaving the showroom he said ?I know what you need, come back on Sunday and we?ll explore it some more?. On Sunday we started off with a test drive with some friendly chat (no hard selling here) and it really allowed me to get a feel for the car. I had 8-10 practical questions and all of them were answered to my satisfaction. The next hour or so was a pretty full on negotiation but I did not feel pressured to make a purchase at any point. Roy was completely fair and it very much felt that he was doing everything within his power to get me the best possible deal. We purchased a new Jaguar F-Pace that day and me and my wife picked it up on the following Friday. The JLR Team (Roy, Danny, Ryan and Colin) all went above and beyond at every stage. My wife was delighted to see the car covered and decorated with a pretty bow along with a ?Congratulations Mr & Mrs Woods? message which topped off the whole experience. Based on this experience alone, I won?t be purchasing a car with another dealer anytime soon. Thank you to the entire JLR Team.

Great buying experience. Roy was very knowledgeable, and not in any way a pushy salesman. Answered all our questions, offered opinion and guidance where sought. Roy made sure they did everything they said they would do in prepping the car we chose, and more besides. Would definitely recommend - ranks among the best car buying experience I've had.
