Things are long and dirty broken here and the premises not fit for anything apart from using the WC and paying for fuel. Don't dwell here. Go across to the adjacent Beefeater instead. Truly awful services. Shame on you M&S and BP. Urgent intervention is required by an area manager.

There are always long queues here and it seems like it's frequently understaffed. It often appears that there are staff who are free, but don't want to jump on the tills - very frustrating.
Otherwise, fairly good range of food (even if it is quite pricey)!

Great shopping. The price's are not much more than tesco finest range but better quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful..will be coming back soon

The staff here have been friendly and polite to me on every occasion. The rush hour times staff are often left to deal with many customers on their own so I say well done for doing such a good job :-) Thankyou to those who have served me.My one and only grip is that the food (I know it's M&S) is a bit pricey, especially many items that are cheaper in most shops.

Been stopping here for years, as an hgv driver on my way to Portsmouth with my deliveries of fresh fish loaded for France. To be told I?m not a key worker and was refused a coffee but I?d be allowed to purchase anything else from the M&S shop.So let?s get this straight mr bp garage. If I?m not a key worker why am I working.Just so you understand my lorry holds up to 1000 litres of fuel and I won?t be using your services anymore.I couldn?t give to hoots about the key worker thing but if I require a coffee then I expect to be able to purchase a coffee.Just to let you know BP/M&S Annandale services J16 M74 are supplying coffee to hgv drivers so I suggest you do the same. Or at least be clear about your narrative across all your outlets and educate your incompetent staff member.
