Never have to wait to long to be seen, friendly staff & any problems that arise are quickly resolved. Just started banking with these but so far so good. Nothing seems to much trouble.

We have found the staff (Particular a female member around 50 yrs plus ) in this branch rude and extremely un- helpful makes it even difficult to put money in or out . We had always used the Didcot branch before as we did lived closer to that one and the staff there were wonderful helpful and as i have walking difficulties made me feel welcome and always found me a chair to sit on when i went to the bank with my husband. If Lloyds have to loose a branch locally i hope they close this one and dont re-locate the staff to Didcot as we would certainly close our account. We feel that the staff in Abingdon need to realise that the money in our account is ours not theirs.

I have visited this branch twice and been extremely happy with their helpfulness. I am resident in Europe & certain questions I?ve had problems sorting have come up recently. The personnel here went way beyond their remit to help me. As I?ve been a Lloyds bank account holder for more than 50 years, I can say I chose well?

The manger and the staff are Incompetent and rude. Had me drive 45 mins to get here, wait 30 mins only to tell me they couldn?t help. No idea about customer service - it?s about attitude - and theirs is appalling!Guess the branch will close soon - if it detracts from the customer experience and costs money, what value does it add??

Old lady was serving me today. Was putting £8000 to bank after sellimy car that I had for 6 years. She was refusing to take money saying that I shopay it in to my business account. But I don?t run any business. After I try to explain that she say that she don?t believe me for some reason. After I rised my voice she done what I been asking for. Then her college come, fretting me that If I?m not gone shut up she will close my account. Service I received today was a total disaster. I strongly advise to avoid this place.

They don't seem to feel the need to update opening hours publicly, leaving customers in the lurch. This has happened twice now where they say they shut one time but have unilaterally decided to shut at another time.

I am very disappointed that it is impossible to get through to this bank direct. I have tried phoning constantly this morning, with the direct number, so that I can arrange a visit with a disabled client. They pick up the phone after ten minutes and disconnect it.
Really not impressed.
