Over 90 Days of Waiting ? Absolutely Disgraceful!
I cannot stress this enough?DO NOT BUY FROM LEE LONGLANDS! My experience with this company has been beyond frustrating, and I feel completely let down by their shocking customer service.
I purchased a mattress from them, only to find out it was faulty. Naturally, I expected a quick and reasonable exchange process. Instead, I have been stuck in a never-ending nightmare, waiting for over 90 DAYS (three months!) for a simple replacement.
During this time, I have been forced to sleep on a damaged mattress, which has caused me severe back pain and discomfort. Despite my repeated calls and emails, their customer service has been absolutely useless?slow, unresponsive, and completely lacking in urgency. They make excuse after excuse, yet NOTHING gets resolved.
For a company that claims to sell high-quality furniture, their after-sales support is an utter disgrace. The moment they have your money, they couldn?t care less about actually delivering the service they promise.
90+ days to exchange a mattress is completely unacceptable. No customer should have to suffer like this. If you?re thinking about buying from them, DON?T. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and back pain.
Lee Longlands has shown me that they do not care about their customers?only their sales. Avoid this company at all costs!

Dont use them, terrible customer services. We bought sofa here with a defect in summer 2023. Still not resolved 2025. All they need to do is replace some cushions and they keep letting us down with excuses. Waste of time using this company i am having to write to their trading association to get them to do anything. DONT BUY FROM THEM , YOU WILL REGRET IT !

After being let down by M&S who cancelled my order of a sofa after 3 months, and finding nothing suitable that had good reviews in John Lewis (many mention sagging after not many months), I was delighted to find such a good range of quality sofas in Lee Longlands' showroom in Abingdon. Prices are high as their sofas are mostly top end brands but I found a Parker Knoll that met my needs prefectly. The salespeople were helpful without being at all pushy. Delivery was excellent. Time will tell how well the sofa wears but so far I'm entirely happy.

Sales lady was a bit too pushy, without knowing what she was talking about. The finish / quality of the table we were looking at didn't match the price.

I recently made the unfortunate decision to purchase an Ercol King Size bed from Lee Longlands online, and I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience.Despite the initial allure of fast service and a promised 4-week turnaround, my excitement turned to frustration when, three weeks after my purchase on October 21, 2023, I discovered that the delivery timeline had unilaterally extended to 6 weeks without any prior notice. What?s more disheartening is the complete lack of response from Lee Longlands despite my attempts to contact them via email and phone calls.This ordeal has left me without the bed I paid for and questioning the legitimacy of this company. The lack of communication and unexplained delay make it feel like a potential scam. I chose Lee Longlands over other furniture shops based on their claimed reputation, but my experience has been far from satisfactory.If you are considering purchasing from Lee Longlands, I strongly advise against it. The frustration and disappointment I?ve faced, coupled with the complete lack of communication, make it an experience I wouldn?t wish on anyone. It?s essential to be cautious and explore alternative options to avoid the inconvenience I am currently enduring. I am in the hope that my bed turns out sometime, but I?m trying not to loose any sleep, as I?ve already lost £1,200.00 with this purchase.

We have had great friendly , kind and helpful service on two occasions. Frank and Mark came a few months ago, and today Will, and Frank again visited us.I can't speak highly enough of their efficiency and kindness.

Very happy with our beautiful new sofas from Lee Longlands. From choosing what we wanted to delivery was eight weeks and customer service was great with constant contact with us. The two lads that delivered the sofas,Charlie and Adam were absolutely brilliant, even to the point of removing their shoes every time they walked in from outside even though I had said not to worry, they were very helpful with setting up the sofas and removed all the packing, very polite and professional.

We recently had an exceptional customer experience at this store! Julia, who assisted us, went above and beyond to understand our needs and recommended the perfect kitchen table with two benches. The level of support and expertise she provided was outstanding.To top it off, Charlie and Frank flawlessly delivered our furniture, displaying the same high level of professionalism and helpfulness.The quality of the furniture and home decoration items in this place is truly remarkable.We are thoroughly impressed with the entire process and highly recommend this store for their outstanding customer service and top-notch products.

Disgusted with this company. We purchased their Annabella sofa, after waiting ages for it, it was clear within a few weeks that there was a manufacturer fault with it as the legs were all different lengths. After 6 months we eventually got a replacement and this within a month started to sag even though the description says "Seats with no sag spring", by four months this sofa was unbearably uncomfortable. Even more so for me with Psoriatic arthritis and Fibromyalgia. We obviously knew from the previous sofa we'd had for 6 months that this wear wasn't usual. So after complaining we eventually got someone out who has said this wear is usual so they are refusing to help. How can a £3k sofa be sagging to the point of being able to feel the wood frame normal and within months. Especially as I said it didn't happen on the one before. Disgusting customer service and I will avoiding them like the plague and advise others to do the same.

What an amazing salesman Simon Crossland and Ben and his colleague who was an amazing carpet fitter also Alan,Rich and Connor who delivered my settee and chairs very efficient and polite/ friendly and happy. Lee Longlands should be proud to have these type of people working for them.

Poor service. Worst furniture I have ever purchased. Quality is so poor. Please do not waste your money. Staff are only there for commission they just want a quick a sale.
