Over 90 Days of Waiting – Absolutely Disgraceful!
I cannot stress this enough—DO NOT BUY FROM LEE LONGLANDS! My experience with this company has been beyond frustrating, and I feel completely let down by their shocking customer service.

Dont use them, terrible customer services. We bought sofa here with a defect in summer 2023. Still not resolved 2025. All they need to do is replace some cushions and they keep letting us down with excuses. Waste of time using this company i am having to write to their trading association to get them to do anything.
