I went into the store to purchase a product that I had researched online. I found the store very easy to navigate and found what I was looking for quickly. I then had the pleasure of being served by Jane who was very friendly and helpful with reactivating my old loyalty card and letting me know about the offers available when downloading the app. I will come back to this store to purchase again.

Rude staff when it's open. If it's even open at regular times which it wasn't (supposed to close at 17:30). I'd recommend the Didcot or Wantage stores instead

I have been visiting this shop since 2019 and every time the manager is serving me, the long hair blonde lady, I couldn't bother to remember her name, she is extremely rude and condenscending with me and she makes my experience very uncomfortable every time. Because of this, I often avoid this shop and go to Oxford just because of that lady, sometimes I have no choice but to go inside. Multiple times I wanted to leave this feedback but this time I decided to do it, hopefully someone will take it into consideration. And not only that, I witnessed her being very rude to her employees, no wonder the staff constantly changes. Her staff is lovely, she needs to learn from them what customer service means. She definitely is very bored with her job or she really hates her job, other explanations I do not have for such behaviour. It is a shame, people like her damage the brand image and head office should definitely look into it and rectify this kind of behaviour.

The supervisor working here today is the rudest, most miserable and patronising H&B member of staff I?ve ever seen. I wouldn?t recommend shopping here.

I had to scan my own things! Rude man seemed to suggest I did not understand British currency. Had to wait for ages to get served

Good store, although there were ants around the shop and the bloke on the counter had a rude and uninterested attitude when I asked a question.

Why is the Abingdon store closed before 17:00 on Saturday???(25th Aug 2018) It should be open until 17:30 and no sign on the door to explain why?!?! Very disappointed...

Friendly and nice staff. Lots of lots of natural health products whether they are claimed to be scientifically or not, i am not sure. Being in here couple of times for fish oil capsules. Buy one get one for a penny, otherwise expensive.
Being there this week to get vitamin B12. There are a good range to choose from and on offers.
