Served here today by a gentleman whose name I didn?t catch unfortunately. Extremely helpful, friendly and knew his stuff. I am no car expert so the gentleman?s knowledge and explanation of process was much help meaning I left the Abingdon branch happy knowing I have purchased the correct part at the best price he could give me. I went to euro car parts yesterday and had a completely different experience so I know where I shall go if I need car part assistance again.

I bought 2 front shock for my car and had them delivered and when they arrived there was to right shocks so I went into to get them changed and I need some other bits including ignition leads I went to fit the ignition leads after getting home and they was also wrong so I have been back in to get them changed. After going back in to get them changed I am told that they don?t actually sell the ones I was given and don?t have any in stock after speaking to somebody else some ignition leads suddenly appeared from no were and I wasn?t given a receipt it was just a straight up swap for the other one which was £40 pound to buy and the new ones were £33 and they didn?t refund me the £7 difference wich I wasn?t fussed about until getting home to then find out they are the wrongs ones once again I have now had to go back in there asking for a refund wich I was refused because I didn?t have a receipt and the manger telling me the staff member that swapped the leads for me was in the wrong for not refunding it and me paying for the new one and not giving me a receipt how ever it was my fault apparently for not checking and not getting a receipt it was my fault and the manager was not willing to help me out just putting the blame on me even after telling me his staff failed to do there job properly. After travelling in total 108 miles there and back overall sorting out parts that they had got wrong in the first place I didn?t even get a refund. Would not recommend going there massive waste of time and money and rude managers who will not give you a refund after they have messed up an order and failed to do there job properly. I should have just gone to euro car parts would have been sorted months ago

Closing shop before closing time. Spend 30 min in traffic to get this bad customer service. Will avoid for good.

I cannot recommend GSF highly enough. We damaged our van whilst on a job. We identified the parts we needed and GSF had all parts in stock (unlike other suppliers we tried) and they delivered directly to us, which allowed us to fix our van and get home. Fantastic service from start to finish.

As a local, I saw these guys driving like crazy. One of their drivers today overtook a cyclist very closely and fast, when there was incoming vehicles on the other side. I wouldn't trust them for business since they cannot even drive properly.

Good parts and availability, but I wish they would drop the silly offers in their advertising. You can't really give 65% off parts, for me to find that it is the regular price in other places.
