I visited this place a few times, but the service is usually quite slow. Today (Saturday), I had to wait nearly half an hour to pick up an item due to a shortage of staff, I guess. Additionally, the main door is difficult to open as there's no sign indicating which way it should be pushed or pulled, causing almost all the customers to struggle while I was waiting.

Served by chris and absolute legend. I came to the shop right before closing and still was greeted with genuine respect. Can't thank you enough.

Very rude staff. I was in at their shop on Saturday morning around 10.30 am (14th Dec). Waited for 15 minutes at the till. Ringed buzzer three times, knocked on the door. I could see people working in the office but no one bothered to come out and respond. I gave them a ring on their telephone number as well. Finally someone bothered to come and asked me to ring the bell next time which I already did 3 times. Did not have the manners to apologise and was very rude. Shameful customer service.

Absolutely horrible and overcharging, the guy serving could not care less and charged for the most expensive items. Asked him wether we could choose the different options and he could not even bothered to answer.
Dont waste your money on this branch.

Terrible, terrible customer service provided by the Abingdon branch absolutely one of the worst I have ever experienced. The staff need to be restrained on remembering customers pay their salaries. If I could give zero stars I would have done.

Absolutely shocking head office support. I simply asked for any historic invoices raised for a reg number in a given branch, and the first reply I got was a support tech asking ME for the invoice number, date of purchase, payment type (cash/card) and branch of purchase.
If I knew all this I wouldn't have asked for support! GFS Carparts, instant response with all invoices raised under my reg. Euro car parts support is a joke.
Shop staff spot on, although they can't access any historic invoice either which is a joke.
