Excellent.
From the first moment when Tyler asked if he could help, after entering the showroom, the service was incredible.
He was extremely helpful and was able to give us all the detailed answers to our questions. He offered us all the Dreams Services and we were able to confirm our decisions and gain an extra depth into the understanding of the products.
Tyler was an exceptional assistant, professional and friendly and easy to talk to, with a good understanding of our requirements and which products to suit us.
It was such a pleasure to meet Tyler, a person with enthusiasm and knowledge of all the products.

Promised a dream, delivered a nightmare. The bed turned faulty after a few weeks of use. Dreams have been out at least 3 times to rectify the issue which keeps recurring. Arranged 3 weeks ago delivery of a new base and headboard only to get a call this morning to say that some components were in Birmingham and wouldn't be delivered until after the allocated time slot. At the time of purchasing, I was promised the bed was the best of the best. Absolutely shocking service

Fantastic service from start to finish. Fernando in the Abingdon store was such a lovely guy. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We were that impressed we took my Mum in 2 days later and she purchased the same mattress. Delivery team were brilliant, several emails, messages and a phone call advising of eta. Sleeping well and no complaining of a bad back ??

Called into Dreams Store, Abingdon and was immediately greeted by John. He asked what I was interested in and I explained?a new mattress?. He listened to my ?wanted list? and made several suggestions. I should add I had no intentions of purchasing anything today. This was merely a fact finding mission. Outcome: I purchased a mattress (+free pillows) to be delivered next week plus a lovely cup of coffee. One very happy customer- thank you.

My life has been miserable since buying a mattress from Dreams. It's potentially faulty but the process to deal with this has taken weeks, including due to illness on the part of the company they use and them only offering 10 hour time slots to look at the mattress! When something is potentially faulty why are customers only given a 10 hour time slot? In the meantime I've got a bad back, aching and clicking shoulders and no decent night sleep. I now hate going to bed because it's so uncomfortable and so upsetting not to have any decent sleep on the most uncomfortable mattress Ive ever slept on. I've spoken to customer service but computer says no on doing anything to speed up the process of finding out whether the mattress is faulty. But it's OK, I was given another option of paying 80 quid myself to see if their mattress is faulty more quickly! Or paying 50 quid to exchange their potentially faulty mattress in the hope of finding an exact same priced mattress comfortable, otherwise potentially being 100s of pounds out of pocket with a Dreams voucher. Very upsetting experience so far.
