Terrible. Delivery driver drove past our house and delivered to two villages before turning back to deliver ours. Food stone cold, pizza squashed, half topping on lid. Phoned and didn?t get offered any solution or apology

I ordered a take away and I live very close to Dominos Abingdon. I ordered at around 4.15 pm, which I am sure is not a very busy time. Last time I ordered a few days ago, it took a long time to arrive and it wasn't very hot. The person who delivered just stared at me and didn't smile. I felt he looked a bit rude. When the tracker said he was 4 minutes away, he arrived about 10 minutes later. The time before, which was about a week before last Wednesday, The person who delivered was a very cheerful man, and it arrived very quickly. The pizzas are so delicious and so are the chips. If I wasn't disabled, I would collect it myself. I ordered a pizza again this afternoon and it arrived very quickly, was piping hot and the driver was cheerful and very polite.

Ordered a delivery and it took 1hour 30mins to turn up and then I phoned up to say it was cold and they were very rude and then just hung up the phone on me the place is a complete joke and will never order from there again

Food was prepared for the requested time and was to a high standard, was able to see first hand the prep of other pizzas and could see that there were good standards in place.

Shocking shop!!! Worst dominos in the country by a long shot. 2 previous orders turned up incorrect of which was promised a discount. Never happened will never order from these again

Slow service, I made a in store purchase. Server on the till was slow and did not provide correct information.
When we got home found out the pizza had wrong toppings.
Overall not impressed and won't be visiting again.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Went in on Thurs 13 June at 16:40 to order a pizza & was told it was a 30-45 minute wait, I asked if 30 mins & he said 45 mins, there was plenty of staff in the premises.We left the premises but I had a look online & wait time was approx 15 mins, phoned them & was told 45 mins by the same obnoxious bell end who I had just seen in the shop. Useless ?
