I regularly buy Costa coffees and use many but this is by far the worst one. Each time I use the drive thru you are waiting 10 minutes!!! This is every time I've used it!

Unfortunately the baristas are not trained and not able to make proper flat white. I don’t know why but It’s obvious that they don’t enjoy their job. Costa should train baristas properly, pay them well and measure customer satisfaction often. Not recommended.

The drive through is quite good, never really have to queue for long. The helpfulness of the staff is a bit hit and miss though. There's a lad who works there some evenings, who is the proverbial chocolate teapot.
