I had been contacting estate agents on Zoopla etc and Connells called me back within a few moments of submitting the viewing request. They took the time to consider other properties similar to the ones I had viewed, and listened to my feedback on properties I didn't think were for me. They were sympathetic to the anxieties and needs of a first time buyer. They helped me find a mortgage with their mortgage broker, and navigate some of the complications brought about by LISAs etc. Charlie-Rose was an excellent support throughout, from being the person who picked up the phone seconds after I submitted my query, to being the person who handed me the key to my new home.Unlike other estate agents I had contacted, I felt Connells viewed me as a human being, and not just as a contact in their sales database.

We had a really great experience with Connells as buyers. They helped us with the purchase of a bungalow for my parents who had specific needs due to medical conditions. Charlie-Rose and Amy were fantastic in accommodating my parents needs. Ensuring we had the time needed to feel confident in making the purchase from viewing the property several times through to phone calls and keeping contact solicitors in the chain. I am particularly thankful for their kindness on the day of our move when arranging collection of the keys and keeping contact with us.

Ms.Chloe Gibbs, admistrator/negotiator at the Abingdon branch, is a true gem.My wife and I are prospective first time home owners and when we were contacted by Ms Gibbs from the onset via our phone conversation and then to home visits, she totally conducted herself in a professional manner. Our questions and concerns were addressed. We bought our house with Charlie and Connells last year and we cant fault her. She is very friendly, knows her stuff and helped us push the solicitors who were dragging their heels quite a bit.She came round to revalue our house a year on as we had done lots of refurbishment, and is a really good person to have with knowledge and support when thinking about what to do next.
