One of the Staff who was working in postoffice today was unfriendly and clearly lacked basic customer service skills. No greeting, no help, and no effort to assist. Disappointing experience at the Co-op Post Office.

Horrified to see the customer service person this evening was very unkempt - hair not brushed, no shaved (current trend trend for the stubble look) dirty hands and long nails. The person continually squeezed their nose into their hand/ fingers. Quite repulsive. Over the many years I?ve shopped at the Co op in various different villages/towns, I?ve never been so disgusted.

The staff smiled and seemed helpful. Whilst it has a limited range being a small store they seem to have the convenient products I need.
My only concern was that the bananas had a lot of flies swarming around them which is not pleasant and must be addressed.

Members only. You?re allowed in as a non-member, but they will charge you more than members for many of the products in-store. Good parking.

Going into the stop today, I was so disgusted by the staff. Both (male) cashiers awfully presented. Dirty hair, long nails with visible dirt underneath, filthy hands and a strong nasty smell radiating from both of them. It?s sickening that they touch the food that we eat. This is not just a one off occasion, staff are always dirty and badly presented.

This review is based particularly for Harry andGina . The post office was closed due ?technical difficulties? when I went in on Monday 13 Dec around 7pm. Harry said Gina would be able to help me.She definitely went above and beyond to give me advice on what postage I would need to put on parcels and certain size envelopes. And spent a lot of her time helping . Luckily I had my stamps with me.It meant my post would go the next day. This really was exceptional service - she even helped me to look for my mobile phone I thought I had lost !On the the whole the service in this store is very good generally but this deserves a special review. Thank you

Cleary stated on the door step : post office open from 7am. Turn up 20 to 8 and been told to go away as post office is open from 8.Also its been anounced to me in a very rude way.Very dissapointed.

Rudest staff on the planet. Go over the road to the one stop shop, much better experience and better value too. Avoid this place if you can.

This Coop isn't very good as their selection is always very limited. I'd recommend going to the local one stop because they have the exact same same stock but just cheaper.

Local shop for your top up shop.... it on the pricey side for the products but convenient shop if you need late shopping.staff very friendly and other amenities located on the same road.
