If the staff aren't being rude to you, they're vaping outside the door. One elder lady literally steps outside front door, vapes and lets the smoke blow inside the shop. Disgusting

Long time customer. Not any more. Really poor customer service. Purchased some fish 4 days before use by date. Fish was off. Returned to store with proof of purchase. I was told there was nothing they could do.
Won?t be shopping there again. What awful customer service after selling below standard produce. Awful.

The worst co op with a post office. The man in there told me the post office was closed at 2pm! And told me he would not open it as he couldn?t be bothered.

Coop midcounties Abington Oxfordshire has a large variety of goods to suit every dietary requirements, also has a Post Office counter inside store. Self service tills are available also tills manned by staff. Very friendly staff very helpful Caring Understanding staff. Clean, wide isles, my personal favourite. I shop here all the time, great value for money.

No one to help with the self service tills, waited and waited only to find out I have to join long queue for serviced tills as some stuff would not scan at self service. All while in a hurry

These are the worst staff and store in Abingdon. There is no convience as there is hardly healthy products, the staff is unhelpful, ignorant and prejudice. One member of staff was quite racist to me and another tried to overcharge me. Do not shop here

Post office staff mature looking lady was absolutely rude and unhelpful ! Said I?d take my business elsewhere she then said after I turned to walk away ? don?t come back!? It?s vile that such people still have jobs and are allowed to get away with this type of behaviour. Customer service at its best ! The so called team leader from his manner was not in the slightest bit helpful as he said he did not hear ! Hear what? He would have asked what am I talking about but he didn?t! he heard exactly what his colleague said! Two peas in a pod! Disgusting

Puts the "convenience" in convenience store! Great little local supermarket with the kind of hours that means you'll always have milk for breakfast and a beer with your Friday night curry (and vice versa!) A touch pricey although they do sometimes price match with other supermarkets. Staff are friendly and helpful.Oh and their own brand salt and vinegar crisps beat all the big brands on taste and crunch. Buy them when they're two for a £
