Hi just wanted to let you know I received a first class service from William Nelson regarding a viewing of your property; 1A Longmead Abingdon OX14 1JQ.
I live in Maidstone Kent, so I'm not local! As I wasn't able to attend an Open House viewing on Tues 26th at 5.30pm, William kindly arranged a video viewing for me which I received around 7pm that same evening.
He also sent me an application promptly for me to complete if necessary.
Unfortunately, I didn't follow through with this application as my application on another property had only just been accepted that same evening.
I was very impressed by the friendly and professional manner in which William helped me out.He put himself out to help me. I would certainly bare him in mind for any future rentals.
He's a credit to your team.

William was very accommodating in helping me organise a viewing for the property I was interested in. He was also able to answer every question that I had about the property to the best of his abilities and anything unsure, he was able to follow up and get me an answer in a timely manner. This meant that after my viewing was complete I had all of the information needed to make an informed decision. Would highly recommend William as he is a very approachable and professional member of his team.

My elderly parents are currently being helped to sell their property and to relocate closer to us and Katherine, Tom and Freddie have been so incredibly helpful and supportive with the whole process so far! Being older my parents aren?t tech savvy and have also lived in their current home for 35 years so this whole moving experience is more than unsettling for them but Chancellors are really giving them excellent support and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in a similar situation ???
