Got a letter from QDR solicitors saying I didn't pay for fuel at the pump. Looked at my bank statement and yes, no payment was made. However, I always pay at the till, so it was these guys' fault for telling me the payment had gone through when it didn't... You can check CCTV. Had to pay an extra £18 processing charge on top of the fuel for something that wasn't even my fault. I'm broke and stressed out as it is. Thanks a lot guys. This is ridiculous customer service. You can see another review from someone about the same thing. I'll always be asking for receipts from now on.

I?m writing to express my disappointment with how I was treated during a recent visit to your station. After using the BP app to pay for fuel, I began refueling as usual. However, I was abruptly told to stop refueling and leave the station. This was confusing, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable?especially since I had already paid through the app.

I got a taxi home from Didcot Parkway Station this evening, about 10pm and stopped by the garage to pick up a couple of beers. Bald headed cashier questioned me twice about where the taxi I am in was parked?? Like that's any of his business or concern! I have done the right thing in not driving after some drinks in london and it is not his responsibility to question a customer like that. He should stick to his job of scanning the ridiculously overpriced items in that garage! He was rude enough that I've felt the need to write this and will follow up with a complaint.

My workplace not far from. this place , so have to buy fuel and sometimes snacks from there regularly on 15th March i received a letter dated 7th March from BP?s solicitor , saying i haven?t paid for the fuel which bought on 2nd of February , i checked my card statement, which showing a transaction of£5.30 on that day, possibly i bought fuel as well and potentially counter staff didn?t add the fuel price on my transaction but when i went to the shop on 16th March, the lady Manager refused to show me any pictures that I was buying fuel and said they had deleted after one month, .i didn?t understand why they didn?t keep the footage of the unpaid customer and also they send me letter after month and half but she was polite and suggested to go next day after 2 pm when Store Manger is present, so I went again but store Manager was rude and boldly said you two options, you pay now or deal with it !
I think it was disrespectful and worse service from a big company like BP and M&S outlets.

Not a fan, too small, shouldn?t even be advertised as a services, it?s just a basic petrol station. Cannot accommodate the demand or parking for cars. No signage. Accidentally parked where lorry?s were supposed to (along with 10/12 other cars because of the lack of parking!) and was what can only be described as ?screamed? at by a blonde woman, aggressively! NO PARKING, LORRYS ONLY!!!? Waving her hands in my face. Firstly fair enough, however there?s a way to talk to paying customers, and that was not it. I don?t think I?ve ever been spoken to like that in my life, I was not the only one, everyone was getting a scolding from her. Never returning.

Good garage stop for fuel and screenwash machine to fill up although doesn't state have to pay cash for that so i waste 2quid for air, and good m&s selection inside, however toilets were really really awful & unclean.

The toilets in this place really are unpleasant. This has been mentioned in other reviews for past few months. It doesn't take months for a problem like this to be sorted out by a decent company. Avoid this place like the plague. Literally! The staff were also rude and unhelpful when I asked a simple question.

The most disgusting toilets I have ever had the misfortune to use, I see this is not the first time it's been mentioned either. If I ever have to stop here again I will remember to bring my shovel.

We tried stopping here, assuming it was normal services, but don't be fooled it's not. It's petrol + small shop + not obvious they have bathrooms.
Rather drive 15 minutes on to the Chieveley services.
